By requesting a quote, booking a service, or communicating with Five Star Charm Home Renewals, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all services provided by our company, including junk removal, pressure washing, painting, landscaping, interior design, and home organization.

2️⃣ Quotes & Estimates

All quotes are free and valid for 30 days from the date issued.
Pricing is based on labor, materials, and job scope. Additional work requested during the project may incur extra charges.
We reserve the right to adjust quotes for unforeseen circumstances (e.g., hazardous materials, structural damage, or excessive debris).

3️⃣ Deposits & Payments

A deposit may be required to secure your appointment.
Final payment is due upon project completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Accepted payment methods include cash, major credit/debit cards, or digital invoice.
Late payments may result in additional fees.

4️⃣ Cancellations & Rescheduling

Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Same-day cancellations may be subject to a $50 fee to cover travel and scheduling costs.
We reserve the right to reschedule services in cases of severe weather, equipment issues, or safety concerns.

5️⃣ Service Guarantee

We take pride in delivering five-star results every time.
If you’re not satisfied, please contact us within 48 hours of service completion, and we’ll work to resolve any concerns promptly.

6️⃣ Liability & Property Access

The client is responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the property.
We are not liable for pre-existing damage, structural issues, or concealed defects.
While we take every precaution, minor cosmetic wear from power tools, paint, or pressure washing may occur on older surfaces.

7️⃣ Privacy & Communication

All customer information is handled under our Privacy Policy.
By providing your phone number or email, you consent to receive updates about scheduling, quotes, and service details.

8️⃣ Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service periodically. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
